Using the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), WPA2 strongly protects confidential data transmissions. It's far superior to the level-one Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP) encryption protocol provided for the 802.11b standard. Zebra is one of the few thermal printer companies to support this advanced security offering on tabletop printers.
